4. Appointments & Cancellations

- Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellations or reschedules should be made 24+ hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

5. Service Conditions

- All prices are based on average vehicle condition. Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or odors may result in additional charges.

- We reserve the right to adjust the quote after inspecting the vehicle.

6. Liability

- While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or malfunctioning parts.

- Clients are advised to remove personal belongings. We are not liable for any items left in the vehicle.

7. Payments

- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

- We accept cash, Zelle, or card payments (processing fees may apply).

8.Refund Policy:

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns.
